I have already changed the way my team and I are working. We are working better and better now and we have made plans for taking our work to the next level. We have spoken to our manager about our plans we are making these changes. I am confident that I can take my company to the next level.
After returning to Oman, I did a presentation to the company management about what I learnt and my plans for myself and my team. I spoke without fear. They were very happy with my performance.I am confident that I will be able to help my colleagues to do their work better. Thank you for all the help and support.
I am a middle aged widow, who was employed in a tailoring shop. It was very difficult for me to meet livelihood with that income. Then I came to know about Punarjani training programme. I was interested to learn a new skill, by which I can support my family better. I have successfully completed the course and training sessions. Now I have a permanent job, with a regular income. I am happy to join there and thankful to SBG for providing the same.
I am a 66 year’s old unmarried woman. I am a part of a big family consists of 5 younger unmarried sisters and 1 brother. Previously I was employed as a municipality sweeper. Due to my ill health I left the job. I was interested to join the course, as I can learn a new skill, which is far better than sitting idle at home. Now I am glad that I have a job, where I have to do only simple works. And I am really grateful to SBG to provide me with an income of 4000 per month at this age.
I am a 50 year old woman previously I was doing stitching at my home as a self-employment. It was difficult for me and my husband to meet with the day today needs with that low income. As I had to meet all the financial needs of two college going children, I decided to learn some new skill to improve our financial condition. Then I heard about PAP programme from Kudumbashree officials. Thus I decided to join for the course. Once I joined the course, I became more confident and was really happy to learn a new skill – plumbing. I successfully completed the course and internship. Now I am happily placed and satisfied with her new job. In addition to this permanent job, I am able to do small plumbing works in my own home and nearby neighbourhood. And it makes a difference to my income status, as compared to her previous condition.
I am a 39 year old unmarried lady. I was doing tailoring to meet my own expenses. I am a part of a big family consists of father, 3 elder brothers and 1 sister. I was in need of a better financial support. When kudumbashree officials offered me with opportunity to join the course, I was never reluctant to learn a new skill. I am so proud about successfully finishing this course and training sessions. Now I am permanently employed with regular income to support my family. I am thankful to SBG for providing me with this opportunity, otherwise I wouldn’t have employed yet.
I was going for Kudumbashree – Thozhilurappu which was not providing me a regular income. I support my family including husband and two school going children. By that time I heard about this course from Kudumbashree, I joined the course and successfully completed it. I was very enthusiastic to go for the internship, as it gave me practical exposure to the skill I learned. Now I am very happy that I am placed & is satisfied with the current working condition. I am very thankful to Kudumbasree and SB Global for training her, which provided her with a regular income and more financial independence.
Thanks for giving me an opportunity to study in Federal Skill Academy. I miss those four months in FSA now. The teaching was good The communication development class has helped me a lot to improve my confidence level. This course as a whole is a very good. Everyone in the institute were good and supportive to me. I have completed the course in December. Now I'm placed in a company named SIGNEXA in Bangalore. I'm satisfied in my job. I thank Lalitha mam, Mithun sir, Vyshak sir, Sangeetha mam and Haritha for supporting me. I'm very thankful to FSA for providing me such a good future.
I am Prasanth T S, student of batch 6,FSA. I am glad to say that federal skill academy helped me a lot in many ways. The HVAC classes was too good and the communication skill development classes by Sangeetha madam helped so much to improve by skills. The classes conducted by Vyshak sir and Midhun sir was too good. After the examination, FSA provided me interviews to get a job and as a result of that I got the job and I’m currently working in 'Citisolutions' located at Banaswadi, Bangalore. It mainly deals with Daikin products. I am so happy for what FSA had given to me and i take this opportunity to thank FSA and the centre head of FSA, Lalitha madam who worked a lot behind this. And also to Dr. Abdul Matheen sir, director of IAPMO India who helped me with guidance and support.
